China's Wuhan Mould Factory, a mould maker, participated in the Tires & Rubber Exhibition for the first time. At the company's exhibition stand its capabilities and services are presented both by Russian employees and -- through an established video link -- by the Chinese executives of the factory directly from China itself.

Founded in 1969, Wuhan Mould Factory is one of the major mould manufacturers in China today. The factory is located in Xiaogan City, Hubei Province, and belongs to the production base of China Space State Corporation.

The factory is fully equipped with advanced equipment and is ISO9001 quality certified. For about 50 years, the company has accumulated experience in manufacturing moulds and dies for China's space, automotive, and defense industries, and trained and educated top-class specialists. Today the company manufactures moulds for rubber, plastic and aluminium products, moulds for vacuum forming and foamed polystyrene, cold and hot stamping dies, punching dies. The company entered the industry exhibition in order to find new customers -- Russian factories that are interested either in moulds for rubber technical products, or in the products themselves, which the Factory can also manufacture.

Jang Jao Jeng, Commercial Director of the Factory, greeted the visitors to the exhibition who stopped at the Wuhan Mould stand via video link:

- Our Company has been developing in the Russian market since 2009. We have signed more than 1000 orders and made more than 2,000 moulds for Russian customers.

For the last 2 years, we have been working through our representatives in the Russian Federation, since we cannot attend in person due to the pandemic. Of course, this slows down business development. But thanks to our old customers, we continue to enter into supply contracts and gain new customers. This spring, we noticed that our relations have become stronger, not only in politics, but also in the economy. As Chinese manufacturers, we felt that the volume of orders has increased this year.

This is the first time we have entered a Russian industry exhibition. After studying the market, we realized that this is where our potential customers exhibit, who produce rubber technical goods on the very moulds we can offer them. Over the past few days of the exhibition, we noticed the visitors demonstrating interest in our products. Even though this year's exhibition is, for obvious reasons, limited in scale, people still come and we see their interest in our capabilities.
