Volzhsky enterprise actively developing production as part of the import substitution programme

Intov-Elast specialises in the development, manufacture and supply of products from elastomeric materials for various purposes: for drilling and operating equipment for oil and gas production, transportation and processing, products for the automotive industry, mechanical engineering, energy sector and agriculture.

The company considers one of its advantages the availability of its own testing laboratory for measuring geometric dimensions, rubber compound hardness, testing physical and mechanical indicators of rubber compound, determining the strength of rubber compound attachment to metal, and determining the rheological properties of rubbers and rubber compound. The company's product range today includes more than 20,000 items of elastomeric products, of which about 10,000 are produced under the import substitution programme.

All necessary technological equipment for the production of products and fittings for rubber-metal products is developed and manufactured at our own mechanical department equipped with modern equipment: CNC machines and machining centres. Machines with special software are used for manufacturing sealing elements by turning from rubber, polyurethane, polyamide and other blanks without using moulds.

“At our stand at the Tires & Rubber 2024 exhibition, we will show products manufactured using the new production technology,” said the company representatives, “as well as a wide range of manufactured products, including rubber goods for completing drilling equipment for oil and gas production and operation, rubber goods used in stop valves, compressor and pipeline equipment, and much more.”
