Ural Plant of Elastomer Seals, a leading manufacturer of rubber goods for various industries, has been carrying out a full technological cycle of rubber goods production since 2004 from raw rubber compounds to the finished product. Today Ural Plant of Elastomer Seals hits the TOP-10 leading manufacturers of rubber goods in Russia. This year the company celebrates its 20th anniversary.

The plant’s products are widely used in various industries such as automotive, machine building, energy, mining, oil and gas, agriculture. The production units are located in the cities of Yekaterinburg and Mikhailovsk. A few years ago, the company received a certificate of compliance of its quality management system with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 international standard.

Two years ago, a decision was made to create industrial parks in the Moscow region, including the launch of rubber goods production. The production facility of Ural Plant of Elastomer Seals in the Moscow region will specialise in manufacturing high precision and high-tech rubber goods including the use of modern injection and extrusion equipment and 3D-printing. The main tasks of the plant will be import substitution and delivery of Russian analogues of foreign products to the market. The planned capacity of the plant is to produce more than 15,000 tonnes of products per year.
