Conference programme
This year’s conference programme featured 16 events.
This year’s key event was the Panel on the Relevant Issues of the Tire and Rubber Industry Development. The event was attended by Artur Smirnov, Director of the Chemical Industry Department at the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade. Its central topic was the complex transformation of the industry from the raw material and technological independence to building a new quality system and promotion to foreign markets.
The panel’s key speakers included Maksim Chapov, Director of Export Support for Construction Materials, Textile Industry and Consumer Goods at the Russian Export Center, Elena Kostyleva, Director of the Department of Standardization of Materials and Technologies at the Institute of Standardization, Igor Prokopiev, CEO at Tatshina, and Vladimir Balabanov, CEO at Altai Tire Plant.
Other important events included
– the 14th Russian Conference – Rubber 2026: Traditions and Innovations,
– the session on logistics and foreign trade in the tire and rubber industry,
– the practical session on recycling of tires and rubber products.
