Exhibition
Compared to 2016 the number of exhibitors increased by 3%; 65% of them are foreign companies. Representatives from Brazil made their debut at Tires & Rubber 2017.
The number of companies which showcased their machinery, equipment and instruments increased by 61%. The number of companies demonstrating finished products (rubber goods, tires for all types of wheels) grew by 62%. The number of participants who presented services for the tire and rubber and allied industries doubled.
Leading manufacturers and suppliers from different countries presented their best products in the Novelties section on the Tires & Rubber website having used the opportunities to showcase their new products and promote them to the Russian market.
In the Year of Ecology more than 15 companies participating in Tires & Rubber 2017 showcased technology, equipment and new solutions for processing and recycling of tires and rubber goods.
In celebration of the Tires & Rubber anniversary, awarding cups were given to longstanding participants such as VMI Holland BV, Troester GmbH & Co. 7th Russian Rubber Conference 2017: Traditions and Innovations with foreign participants.
Organized by NIIEMI OOO and Moscow Technological University assisted by Expocentre AO. The sponsors are SIBUR, ORGKHIM Biochemical Holding and Volgograd State Technical University. Information support was provided by Kauchuk I Rezina (Russian rubbers) journal.
The participants in the conference were representatives of Russian leading universities, scientific and engineering community, industrial enterprises, tires and rubber businesses, consumers of tires and rubber, consultation and analytical centres, operating staff, experts, ecologists, and other specialists from Nizhnekamskneftekhim, Lebedev Institute of Synthetic Rubber, NPP Qualitet, MACROchem, Cheboksary Production Association n.a. V.I. Chapaev, and other Russian plants manufacturing rubber products.
